Bridge to Basics is seeking mission-driven, specialized and connected individuals to help lead our organization through its next phase of growth.
Over the past two years, Bridge to Basics has grown from a passionate grassroots initiative into a critical component of Minnesota’s nonprofit ecosystem—supporting 75 frontline nonprofits across the Twin Cities with bulk hygiene products.
As we transitioned from rapid expansion to long-term sustainability, we made several investments from hiring the organization’s first Executive Director to building out specialized technology to build and scale efficiencies in our programming. Now, we are actively expanding our Board of Directors to build organizational capacity, deepen expertise and scale our program to serve more neighbors.
This is a unique opportunity for 3 visionary leaders to join our board at a foundational moment—helping shape the strategic direction, infrastructure and long-term impact of a high-growth, high-impact organization.
