Be a vital part of the Bridge to Basics mission by assembling hygiene kits and family care bags from the comfort of your own home or with a small (or large) group! This is a fantastic way to make a tangible difference and bring essential support to our neighbors in need across the Twin Cities.
what are remote kits?
Remote Kits are at-home, work or play opportunities to assemble hygiene packages for families or individuals struggling. Our care bags are grocery bags containing full size everyday essentials while hygiene kits are typically plastic bags containing travel or personal size hygiene items.
To get started, we provide you with a list of the essential items needed for our standard hygiene kits and family care bags. You then gather these items (through purchasing, donation drives within your network, etc.) and assemble the completed kits. Once assembled, you arrange to drop them off at our warehouse or a designated collection point.
